Pure 7 Studios Featured in VIE Magazine

Pure 7 Studios is grateful and excited to have our recent collaborations with artist Andy Saczynski featured in VIE Magazine. This award winning luxury lifestyle magazine is an asset to our community and a true representation of style, taste, culture, and class. Having had the pleasure of working one on one with VIE’s publisher, Lisa Burwell, and their creative team, we can genuinely call this a gratifying experience. On top of possessing a sincere zest for life and an admirable work ethic, Lisa clearly has her finger on the pulse of what’s trending in this day and age. VIE Magazine has consistently published meaningful content that touches on the importance of artists worldwide and we are humbled to be included among them. We want to extend a very heartfelt thank you to Lisa and the crew at VIE for the exceptional exposure on a nationwide level. The article has created an unprecedented amount of buzz and the feedback has been nothing short of amazing. What started as a simple idea to enhance our photography has turned into a successful endeavor and we are eternally grateful for VIE’s contribution to our dream.

“Creating any type of art for a living is a risk that goes beyond the bottom line all the way to your soul.”

A couple of high school buddies coming together to create an original art style might sound like something out of a Mark Twain novel but that’s exactly how this all came about. The beginning of Andy and Pure 7’s relationship dates all the way back to high school. Some time later, despite both of them having realized their dreams of running their own art studios full time, neither of them had ever seriously discussed working together. When Ryan finally decided to approach Andy with a painted photography concept that had been tucked away in the back of his mind for nearly ten years, he was astounded to find that Andy had been contemplating the same idea! Apparently, great minds really do think alike.

The original idea was something like this: Ryan, our lead photographer and studio co-owner, would take a photo and print it on heirloom-quality canvas. He’d then hand it off to Andy, who would contemplate it for a short time and proceed to adorn the photo with a variety of paints. The results have been nothing short of dazzling and the first few rounds of collaborations have produced stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces that have sold almost immediately!

“Having a friend who truly gets what you do is a gift, especially when what you do is make art.”

Witnessing the demand for what we considered an experimental art form has given us confirmation that we are creating something extraordinary. As artists, we are always challenging ourselves to take a chance on something new and original and as any creative can tell you, that doesn’t always work out the way you want it to. We can only hope that the success of this collaborative effort will inspire others to get out of their comfort zone and take a risk on something that they are passionate about.

This entire project – from its humble beginnings to its unforetold future – has been such a remarkable experience for everyone involved and we’d like to invite you to be a part of it. The most distinctive aspect of this concept is that the only limit is our imaginations. Neither Andy’s nor Ryan’s styles can be replicated, which takes the originality of these pieces to a whole new level. We are beyond thrilled to be able to share this unique photo art with our friends and clients and give you an opportunity to help us create.

To commission your own custom painted photo art piece, contact us and let’s get started! From wedding photos to family portraits, from company pictures to memorializing your pets… if you can imagine it, we can bring it to life! Remember, you’re not just taking pictures, you’re preserving memories!
