It’s not everyday we get a call from California asking about our pricing and packages for family beach photos. In fact, it’s probably one of the most rare calls we’ve had. None the less, last summer the phone rang and we had the opportunity to shoot Santa Rosa Beach Family Photos for the Whyte family.
This was a fun and special shoot for us for a few reasons. First, we got to share our sugar white sandy beaches with some Californians. This may seem like no big deal to those of you locals out there because you’re spoiled with our beaches in Destin and 30A. But for those not used to seeing it, it’s always a treat to see the awe in someone’s eyes as they take in all the beauty our little corner of the world has to offer. To make the shoot ever better, one of the boys was graduating from a program in the Navy. It’s the real reason they all came together to celebrate and let us document their special time together.
It’s hard to pick a favorite in the collection below but if we had to choose, their family beach photo of everyone sitting in the sand would probably be it. The colors they’re wearing match perfectly with the skyline and the water. Of course the black and white family photos in front of the fence show so much texture we can’t exactly rule them out.
