Whether you’re a local or a tourist, one thing’s for sure: When it comes to finding a place to eat, great food and great service are a must!  Thankfully, there’s no shortage of options from Destin to 30A and many of the best breakfast spots are in easy-to-access locations with great views too.

Best Breakfast Spots in Destin

2 Birds Coffee & Cafe – Located in Miramar Beach, not only does 2 Birds have delicious breakfast options, but they also offer lunch and dinner to-go.  Catering is available as well!

Another Broken Egg Cafe – With locations in the Destin Commons, Miramar Beach, and Sandestin, Another Broken Egg offers a wide selection no matter your preferences.  Kid-friendly meals and gluten-free options are widely available here.

Crackings (Used to be Another Broken Egg) – Same owners, with a new name in Destin! From classic breakfast selections to items like Lobster Gouda Grits, there’s no shortage of delicious options at Crackings.  They also have a second location in Santa Rosa Beach.

Craft Bar – While Craft Bar is well-known for its burgers and beers, their brunch is a must-try too!  They offer a full brunch menu every Sunday from 11am-3pm with mimosa and bloody mary options too.

Donut Hole Bakery Cafe – Donut Hole has become a widely known local option for great breakfast burritos and more! It can be busy at times, but well worth the wait at all of their locations (Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and near Rosemary Beach).  

Sunset Bay Cafe – Located near the Linkside Conference Center in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Sunset Bay Cafe offers a casual dining experience overlooking the bay. Open daily for breakfast at 7 a.m. Beautifully plated dishes showcase innovative twists on the classics including the Hillbilly Benedict with panko fried cheese grits in place of an English Muffin, topped with a perfectly poached egg, house-made Hollandaise, and the pièce de résistance fried chicken.

Best Breakfast Spots in 30A

The Perfect Pig – The Perfect Pig offers breakfast 7 days a week from 8-11 am in their locations in WaterColor, Gulf Place, and Seagrove Beach.  Menu items like the seafood omelet and their house-made quiche are among fan favorites!

The Caf – Looking for more of a hole-in-the-wall option?  There aren’t many along 30A, but the Caf is one go-to! They are known by locals for delicious and reasonable Southern-style breakfast options.

Big Bad Breakfast – With a location on 30A right off 98 in Rosemary Beach, Big Bad Breakfast is open daily from 7 am-2:30 pm.  Their 30A Specialties are not to be overlooked!

Black Bear Bread Co – Tucked in a small boutique shopping center in Grayton Beach, Black Bear Bread Co has delicious coffee and pastry options, amongst the standard breakfast fare!
