We love a great cup of coffee and it got us thinking – why not curate a list of some of the best local coffee shops in Destin and 30A (instead of the obvious go-to’s like Starbucks)?! With recommendations from some of our local friends, here are few more coffee shops worth a try!
Black Bear Bread Co – A personal favorite, Black Bear Bread Co in Grayton Beach is a great option for grab-and-go coffee, breakfast, and lunch. This local coffee shop also has a bar room that serves beer and wine if you’re looking for a place to linger for the afternoon!
Two Birds – With two locations – one in Miramar Beach and another in Panama City, Two Birds is another locally-owned coffee shop to consider. You’ll find classic espresso drinks along with homemade pastries, breakfast and lunch options. They also serve craft beer and wine.
East Pass Coffee – Open daily from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm, East Pass Coffee was formerly the JumpinGoat Coffee Trailer and is now located on Harbor Boulevard. Not only do they have espresso, iced, and hot beverage options, but they also offer acai bowls, smoothies, sandwiches, and toast.
Capriccio Cafe – If you’re looking for authentic Italian coffee and crepes (or other tasty options), Capriccio is the place to go! The owner creates a welcoming environment for locals and tourists alike. Tucked away across from Target on Gulf Shore Drive, they’re easy to find on the west side of Destin.
Amavida – With four locations along 30A, you’re probably not far from an Amavida Cafe. They are known for serving some of the best organic coffee in the area. With a focus on sustainability, they’re committed to supporting local community organizations and making a positive impact with every cup of coffee.
Bad Ass – With locations in Grayton & Miramar Beach, Bad Ass Coffee is known for its Hawaiian coffee roasts. They also serve blended coffee drinks, teas, and more.
Sunrise Coffee Co – Serving Amavida coffee, Dippin Dots, gourmet doughnuts, and more, Sunrise Coffee Co is another local option to check out in Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach. They serve breakfast and lunch and are open from 6 am to 6 pm seven days a week!
Kahve & Cream – Located in Seagrove, Kahve & Cream is a relaxed local coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. They serve Lucky Goat coffee, Pecan Jacks ice cream, and Charlie’s Doughnuts if you’re looking for a sweet treat!
Cafe Aroma – Lucky Goat coffee and Charlie’s Doughnuts can also be found at Cafe Aroma in Inlet Beach. Not only a good option for your morning coffee, but they also have lunch options like pizza and subs.
