Ready to eat out but still social distancing and trying to avoid the peak season crowds? With all the nuances of our reopening phases – capacity changes, servers with (or without) masks, and changing menu availability, it can be tough to google what to eat and where to order from today.
We made a list of our go-to options and asked a few friends to share theirs too. Below you can explore some local favorite restaurants with takeout options available so you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own home (or vacation rental!).
Destin:
Pazzo Italiano – Pazzo is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Open for lunch and dinner, they are a great choice for a nice family meal in Destin! They’re centrally located catty corner from the Commons and have always had great service.
Bijoux – In Miramar Beach, Bijoux is open 7 days a week for dinner. Coastal French cuisine, their menu includes plenty of Gulf seafood and steaks for a more upscale takeout experience!
790 on the Gulf – Located at the Inn at Crystal Beach, 790 on the Gulf has lunch and dinner takeout options from 11am-9pm daily.
Camille’s at Crystal Beach – The sister restaurant of Harbor Docks, you can expect the same great quality food at Camille’s. Menu favorites include a thin crust pizza, seared scallops and gulf shrimp, and an ever-changing catch of the day. Our personal favorite is their sushi! You can also place an order for pickup on their website.
Jasmine Thai – In the same parking lot as Home Goods, Jasmine Thai has a full menu available Tuesday through Sunday for takeout options. Their daily lunch specials are available from 11am-3pm.

Black Bear Bread Co – Black Bear Bread Co is now open in the shops of Grayton and Grand Boulevard. You can order breakfast or lunch on their website- both locations are open until 3pm daily.
Blue Mabel Smokehouse & Provisions – In Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mabel has a curbside pickup menu you can order from through their website for pickup 11am-8pm (except Tuesdays when they’re closed). Their curbside options include family meals and plenty of side options too!
Stinky’s Fish Camp – Stinky’s is a local favorite for seafood and wine. They have to-go options 7 days a week and a fan favorite Taco Tuesday menu!
Red Fish Taco – Red Fish is open Wednesday through Sunday in Blue Mountain Beach and also has plenty of family-friendly takeout options.
Nanbu Noodle Bar – From poke bowls to ramen and more, Nanbu offers a great selection of Japanese favorites to-go. You can order online for pickup (or delivery if you’re close!).
